Since a lot are leaving the department tentatively in the nearest weeks, bosses guess they will be expecting lots of EOP leave requests, but since many also needed to work on the floor, they need us to discuss among ourselves who and who and when and what etc.
Hence this blog was made.
So that we can request publicly, mean that, everybody can see the requests, and know what day and date are hot stuffs and all , so that our messages will not be bombarded with text of frustations or feeling of unfair-ness.
And we need to made roster for 2 weeks at least, not one week as per usual.
